We provide all equipment and supplies.

Do I need to be home?
You do not have to be home in order for us to clean your home. One way to let us in is to leave a key at specific spot and let us know in advance. Please make sure to disarm your alarm system or provide a code for us to enter.
What should I do before your arrival?
We would appreciate if items were picked up off the floor, and futniture was moved out of the way. This allows the cleaning staff to clean more thoroughly, and will prevent our staff from putting away items in places where you may not be used to finding them.
How many people will clean my home?
This will vary between 1-3 cleaners
How long will my cleaning take?
We estimate 30 minutes-1 hour per area, but we do not specify a length of cleaning. We clean until we are finished and the home is marvelous.
What if something is not up to your satisfaction?
You must call us at 587-889-5151 within 24 hours and we will work with you to make it right
Should I tip the workers?
Tipping is neither required nor expected, but always appreciated. If you choose to leave a tip, cash is the preferred method. Please place it in an envelope clearly marked for the cleaner.
How much will it cost?
We operate on a flat rate pricing system, as we charge per area. Prices can vary depending on any extras you add to your cleaning, and also if an area of the house is much bigger than average but be assured that cost will not be increased without your prior approval.
